Pool Security

Security Concepts has been retained to provide security service at the pool. In-person guards are present on holidays and other select times. In the absence of an in-person guard where a situation requires a security solution, Security Concepts will dispatch a security guard to the pool when a member calls (575) 526-4151.

Members and guests must sign in when a Security Guard is present.  The Security Guard will verify that your name and address matches the key Fob.

The role of Security Concepts and its personnel is to assure adherence to pool rules and when necessary, enforce those rules. Where a rules violation or other situation escalates to criminal activity, 911 should be called.

All members and guests are required to follow the directions of the Security Guards, Property Managers, and the Board.
